Always a Time for Food

Work has been getting the best of me lately. There are many days I come home with the lack of motivation to pick up a pan let alone pick up the phone for take out. Some days I'll be happy with a bowl of cereal or nuts but after awhile my stomach will crave something a bit more substantial. I'm tired and beat but on to better things! Meals from the past 1-2 weeks.

My attempt at Caesar Salad with homemade dressing. Used the anchovies and all but am too paranoid to use a raw egg.

You're gonna have to start posting recipes soon! :)
re: Caesar dressing, I use this recipe from Smitten Kitchen, raw egg is optional, instead you use mayo and it's delicious :) You can also buy pasteurized eggs if you're really paranoid (I use raw egg in my hot pot sauce, so I think I wouldn't be paranoid, just lazy because it requires more beating/whipping) - they're heated to a certain temperature but not cooked and kill all bacteria...
re sausages what's in it? was it good? Mmmm!

Crap, I forgot about the raw egg w. Hot Pot! I do it all the time also haha. You know I don't remember what I put in that sausage - I think just spices like sage, lots of salt/pepper and emeril's creole haha. I wasn't too fond of the end result as it was too lean for me. I need FAT in my sausage!
